June 4th, the U.S. International Trade Commission issued a notice to conduct full sunset review of anti-dumping investigation of activated carbon originating in China, to determine after the abolition of the anti-dumping measures, involving substantial damage caused by the domestic industry in the United States whether to continue or re- occur.

March 2, 2007, the U.S. Commerce Department make a final anti-dumping on the case, ruled that the Chinese enterprises involved in the dumping margin of 62.08% to 228.11%.
